We are currently seeking a Store Operation Manager who will be responsible for the store’s Operations Department [construction/installation, production/fabrication, inventory control, purchasing, safety program, DOT program, scheduling installations, manpower, and fleet management functions].
The Store Operations Manager must ensure that the Operations Department employees operate in a safe, efficient and effective manner; producing quality products; maximizing customer satisfaction; minimizing on the job accidents and employee turnover; and increasing store revenue and profitability.

|Duties:||Supervises the Construction Supervisor and/or Production Supervisor|
Recruits, hires and trains the store’s Operations Department personnel.
Oversees the daily planning/scheduling of installation manpower and materials.
Ensures tools and equipment are secured, inventoried and maintained and meet safety requirements.
Performs customer service duties such as resolving warranty issues by discussing and scheduling work to be performed as required to satisfy the customer and fix the product on the job site.
Inspecting the store’s truck to ensure it is up to company standards and that the company’s vehicle and DOT polices are adhered to at all times.
Perform production safety training, participating in corporate safety conference calls.
|Qualifications:||2 Years construction or manufacturing experience.|
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.
Must possess a current valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
A High School Diploma or GED preferred. Some college a plus.
Must be able to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
