We are actively seeking a dynamic professional sales person to sell America’s #1 storage buildings and garages and whose sales abilities and work ethic are aligned with our sales driven company. This is a great career opportunity. You will be representing a high quality and nationally known and respected product line that is priced to sell.
The position will be servicing all Southern and Central Oregon. You will be required to work out of our customer’s big box retail facilities, assist customers with their shed and garage buying experience, merchandise our products, and train our customer’s sales associates (who help build your commissionable sales). You will have responsibility for our product at between 5 and 20 of our client's big box stores.
We offer an aggressive commission pay plan with unlimited income potential and excellent benefits package that includes paid time off, medical, vision, dental and 401K and more.
The position has a minimum base if you fall short of commission targets. Our best performing ASM's consistently earn $50,000 per year or more.

|Duties:||Support our customer’s management and store associates in their daily sales activities of TUFF SHED® products.|
Training management and store associates on selling TUFF SHED products.
Direct selling to customers.
Participate in our customer’s store events and promotions relating to TUFF SHED® products.
Merchandise TUFF SHED® displays in a professional manner.
|Qualifications:||Possess excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.|
Possess basic arithmetic and mathematical skills.
Self motivated and achievement oriented.
Self disciplined to execute a sales plan on a daily basis.
Possess or have access to a computer with an internet connection capable of connecting to the Company’s Information Technology system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes being able to work four weekend days per month.
Possess a current valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report and current auto insurance as position requires significant local driving daily.
Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED required.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
